But if you measure old vanes, width is not accurate because the vane has been worn to be shorter than original. At this point you can measure the depth of the rotor slot to get width of vane.3, Determine the number of each set: The number of rotor slot is number vanes each set. Skill of using carbon vane:1, When the new pump is in use, pay more attention to the steering of motor and do not connect with reverse. By the time you must replace the new vanes.1, Before replacing the new vanes, clean rotor slot, air pump cylinder wall, cooling pipe and filter air bag with compressed air.2, check whether the cylinder wall is worn (too hard material vane will wear the cylinder wall) or not .
