Application scenarioEquipment description:The device scans the glass surface through a high-precision laser sensor, obtains the profile data of the touch screen, and then calculates its flatness and warpage, which is suitable for high-precision and fast non-contact measurement of the warping and flatness of the touch screen glass in batches, and can realize the sorting of qualified glass and unqualified glass. The software can produce three results: 1. Warpage degree 2, the distance from the highest point of the board to the reference platform 3. Flatness The above three results are optional Measurement process description :First of all, the belt width of the assembly line and the size of the lifting platform are adjusted to the current size of the required measurement product;Set the scanning parameters and scanning points of the line scanning laser;Set up NG machine hand grab material;Set OK product crawl;After each structure is set up, the measurement can be started. When the product is qualified, the robot will absorb the product to the qualified area.
