Pre-assembly station: Operators will pre-assemble and fix busbar main parts by the fixtures and transfer the busbar to the automatic reversal station manually.Automatic reversal station: When busbar arrives in the reversal station, operator shall fix the busbar by clamp and start riveting on one side. After one side is done, rotators will be reversed 180 degrees for other side's riveting.Accessory assembly station: After busbar is riveted, operator will assemble the busbar accessories at this station.Advantages:1. The semi-automatic busbar production line can realize automatic clamping from left to right and down to up which is convenient for drilling and riveting.2. The production line is flexibly compatible,suitable for busbar with width 74.5mm-350mm.3. The electrical control system can clamp at the same time or separately.4.
