Plastic Recycling Waste Water Treatment plantProduct DescriptionOur RS-WWTS-SERIES Sewage Treatment System is used to recycle dirty water from plastic recycling washing plant.The sewage is discharged into adjusting tank directly. The pump automatically controlled by liquid meter lifts waste water into reactive tank for treating. There is perforated pipe in pit for aeration to avoid of sludge sedimentation. And the pump will adjust PH to the best reactive(PH=8.0-8.5) by acidification such as PAC,PAM to get rid of COD,SS and other particle contaminant. The reaction effluent overflow to the sloping plate settling tank and mud separation, the supernatant was spilled into the flotation tank further solid-liquid separation, the bottom of the sludge into the sludge tank, flotation tank regularly scraping the surface of sludge to the sludge tank, the upper water by overflow into the water tank, which will be then filtered by sand leach container and adsorbed through active carbon and at last discharged. The sludge in sludge box will be lifted by pump into plate and frame filter press for solid-liquid separation. The dried mud will be carried away or buried deeply. Air Floating tankThe reaction effluent overflows to the air flotation tank for separating solid from liquid, the generated sludge is scraped to the sludge tank regularly, and the clean water at upper layer enters the separation tank through overflow.  3.Carbon Filtration towerIt is lifted by the pump into the sand filter tower for filtration, and then discharged through the activated carbon tower after adsorption.  4.Plate And Flame Filter PressThe sludge in the sludge tank is lifted by the sludge pump to the plate and frame filter press for solid-liquid separation, and the dry sludge is transported out or deeply buried for treatment.
