CNC Deep Hole Skiving Roller Burnishing Machine  DSBK-150     DSBK-200    DSBK-250   DSBK-360    DSBK-500   Machine Summary:*The CNC skiving roller burnishing machine is newly developed by our company.  *This machine has the smart and simple CNC operation system with high efficiency and stable  performance, the configuration design is uniform, artistic and clean, using the environmental protection  measures against oil splash and leakage.   Performance and Features:*The series heavy duty skiving roller burnishing machine adopts the processing way of the workpiece  rotating and the tool feeding, it can also use the way of workpiece fixing and tools rotating and feeding.  *The machine can perform skiving and roller-burnishing of inner hole the one-off processing achieves the  simple operation and the higher precision.  *It has the high processing efficiency and stable performance. The productivity is 5 or 10 times of the  traditional deep hole boring machine. The high intelligent level and the easy operation of the digital  control make the machine in a stable running when production.  *The series heavy duty skiving roller burnishing machine is equipped with Siemens CNC system, the  spindle box is driven by AC variable frequency motor with stepless speed regulation.  *The spindle uses the high precision bearing spindle which has a high rotary precision.The feeding box  uses AC servo motor with stepless speed regulation. The feed system adopts gear-rack transmission,  which has the good rigidity and ensures the stable and accuracy feeding of the spindle box.  *The bed body uses high quality cast iron and the double rectangle flat guideway keeping the machine  with the integrated rigidity.
