Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is a lightweight and eco-friendly silicate wall material product that is widely used in the market, including autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, panels, prefabricated large panels, as well as specially made U-shaped blocks, lintel panels, insulation composite panels, ultra-light panels, etc.Anhui KEDA Industrial Co., Ltd. The company has AAC Process Technology R&D Center,Technical R & D Center, Electrical Test Center, New Product R & D Test Center. The AAC production process includes raw material preparation, batching,mixing, pouring, pre-curing, cutting, autoclaving and packing. We have different cake size production line designs,our engineers will provide customized plant solutions depending entirely on the relevant factors and conditions, such as available space, production capacity, climate, packaging, logistic, budget and much more.KEDA SUREMAKER professional laboratory center will test the customer's raw materials to provide the formula design and offer the customized plant layout & the related design documents. All the equipment will be debugged before the delivery. We'll also arrange professional project engineers for site installation supervision and local training to ensure the successful production start-up. A.Raw Material Preparation SectionThe raw materials of autoclaved aerated concrete are mainly calcareous materials containing calcium oxide (lime/cement), siliceous materials containing silica (fly ash, sand, tailings, other solid wastes, etc.), aluminum powder paste and other additives. Generally, the sand needs to be processed by ball mill, made into slurry. The prepared slurry is stored in the mixing tank. Continuous mixing is required to prevent slurry deposition and ensure stable concentration for easy batching. B.Panel Production Reinforcement Steel Mesh Cage Preparation SectionThe automatic reinforcement saddle frame cycle system can ensure the efficiency of steel mesh cage assembly and recycling work, so as to improve the production efficiency of the whole plant.C.Pre-curing & Cutting SystemAfter pouring, the mould with slurry is transported to the pre-curing room, where chemical reaction of the slurry results in rising and formation of porous green cake in the mould. Then the green cake will be cut to the required dimensions of products and the six sides of the cake will be cut to smooth surface by the cutting system. The waste materials cut from the green cake can be directly dropped into the waste pit and recycled use by the waste recycling system. The panel grove is also processed before autoclaving so that the waste materials can be directly recycled which can avoid much solid dry waste and saving energy comparing with the post processing of panel groove.D.Autoclaving SectionAfter cutting, the green cakes are grouped before autoclave, and then sent to autoclave for autoclaving with high temperature (200 ºC) and high pressure (1.2MPa). The autoclaving time is about 10~12 hours. The steam in the autoclave can be reversed to each other to realize recycling and save energy consumption.E.Fully Automatic AAC Packing SectionAutomatic AAC packing system can realize the packing with pallet or without pallet. The pallet specification can be 1.2mx 0.6m, 1.2mx 1m ,1.2mx 1.2m, 1mx 0.6m, the height of stacking can be 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m and 2.4mF.Central Integrated Control System"Central integrated control system of AAC production line" adopts TCP / IP Ethernet protocol for data interaction, with high degree of standardization and strong universality. It realizes man-machine separation and interconnection. It integrates video monitoring system, which can intuitively understand the equipment operation. The system can automatically judge the equipment status and working conditions, digitize the operation and maintenance production process, and integrate fault alarm diagnosis and troubleshooting system to assist maintenance personnel to quickly eliminate faults and restore the operation of the production line. A.Vertical Cake AutoclavingThe plant design is compact and convenient for the product sorting and packaging.lt is the classic design of layout planning. B.Flat Cake AutoclavingThe flat cake autoclaving is recommended for producing AAC panel,and the green cake separation or the white cake separation can be options. A. AAC Block Application B.
