  Product DescriptionStationary concrete batching plant can be classified into two types: skip hoist concrete batching plant and belt conveyor concrete batching plant  Skip hoist concrete batching plant is a simple and cost-saving concrete production equipment. It is very suitable for small project or small concrete supplier. It is easy to operate and maintain, usually, two workers are enough to keep the batching plant running. Due to the simple structure, it is also very easy to install, disassemble and move to new job sites. Skip hoist concrete batching plant is equipped with water, cement and additive scales. The mixer can be drum mixer, twin-shaft mixer or planetary mixer to meet the requirement of different projects. The capacity we have are as follows: 15m3/h 25m3/h, 35m3/h, 50m3/h and 75m3/h.   Belt conveyor concrete batching plant is usually used for commercial concrete supplying business or big projects where huge amount high-quality concrete is needed. For belt conveyor concrete batching plant, each aggregate has its own scale, so the weighing accuracy and efficiency is remarkably improved. With the help of transitional hopper, the working efficiency of the whole batching plant can be 15% higher than that of the skip hoist type of batching plant. Belt conveyor concrete batching plant is equipped packing exterior for aggregate loading belt and mixing tower; Both cement silo and mixing tower have their own filter system.
