After every 50-100 hours of use of the vibrating rod, all parts in the rod should be disassembled and cleaned. When disassembling, you can first unscrew the tip and hose connector (both are left-threaded), then use a wooden hammer to hit the roller cone at the tip of the rod, take out the roller cone, bearing, oil seal, etc., and then remove the hose connector ( Right thread).   8. After cleaning, replace the damaged parts and reinstall. Except for bearings, all parts must be thoroughly cleaned of grease. The cone surface of the roller, the cone surface of the raceway and the inside of the casing should be absolutely oil-free and dry.   9. The threaded connection of the installed vibrating rod must be tightened. If necessary, add waterproof glue or raw tape to prevent water and mortar from penetrating into the rod, causing the vibrating rod to not vibrate or vibrate weakly.   10.
