The beam cover is a windproof organ cover. The side beam is 4.5 meters long. All beams are designed with wide oil grooves. The main engine has four solid chrome-plated guide columns for lifting. The four guide columns are protected with wear-resistant guide bushes of ductile cast iron. The four guide columns are all oil-immersed and lubricated, so waterproof, dust-proof, and durable. High-strength screw is adopted to connect the whole machine. The main shaft box adopts first-level belt speed change, the bearing adopts ball rolling bearing, the side beam transmission adopts screw nut transmission, and the position of the side beam motor reducer adopts waterproof offset setting. The worktable can be rotated 360 degree in the horizontal plane, with a positioning angle of 45 degree and can be tilted 85 degree. 2.
