This machine is characterized by easy operation and power saving. 2. Structure and principleThe unit consists of frame, rotate mechanism, prop mechanism and knife mechanism. Its working principle is like the followings. At first, select the tire bead as a prop point and then places it on prop mechanism. After that adjust it tightly, and then start the machine in low speed by slow down transmission part. Knives are installed in the upper and lower part of this machine so that bead is adjusted arbitrarily when necessary. At last the tire is rotating in low speed to be cut successfully by the knives.
