Rapid Boiling Dryer

1.The material-raising device structure inside the dryer is novel and unique, and it can be changed and arranged according to different materials, with multiple functions including guiding, flow equalizing, material blocking, etc., which greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency between material and hot air.2.The boiling furnace, which is coal-saving and of high temperature, can completely burn inferior coal and coal gangue whose slag will be sent out mechanically. This boiling furnace is equipped with co-firing desulfurization device with SO2 emission ≤20mg/Nm3.3.The drying system adopts specific bag filter with outlet concentration ≤30mg/Nm3; the bag adopts   German made filtering material with long service life.4.
