Overall layout and structural characteristics of machine toolsThe main structure of  five axis vertical machining center adopts gantry moving beam type layout.The x-axis, Y-axis and z-axis are arranged above the machine tool.The sliding plate on the beam moves left and right to realize the x-axis movement of the machine tool, the beam moves back and forth to realize the y-axis movement of the machine tool, and the headstock moves up and down to realize the z-axis movement of the machine tool.The two axis cradle turntable is arranged horizontally and is located at the lower part of the main structure of the machine tool. The table is a double axis trunnion rotary worktable. The rotary axis is directly driven by torque motor without intermediate transmission link, which realizes fast, efficient and accurate motion control.Hydraulic automatic clamping, accurate and reliable movement. Axis A is the swing axis and axis C is the rotation axis.
