Raw water treatment process1) After the raw water enters water purifier, it first enters the water distribution area at the bottom of the device, distributes water evenly, reduces the water flow speed, and then slowly enters the high-concentration flocculation area.2) The flocculation area is equipped with a reaction flap. Under the action of flocculating agent, making suspended impurities, colloid particles, some microorganisms and bacteria in the water to destabilize and form large flocs.3) After the flocculation reaction, under the diversion action of the inclined pipe, sewage flows upward along the inclined pipe and enters the sedimentation area. All sludge enters the sludge discharge hopper downward and automatically discharged.4) Treated water through the inclined pipe enters the filter area, to filter through the filter layer from top to bottom. Different grades of quartz sand filter materials in the filter tank, the filtration rate is 8-10m/h. The water flows through the coarse to fine filter material layer, most of the suspended solids are blocked. The filter layer has the advantages of strong pollution interception ability, high filtration rate, long filtration cycle and stable output water quality.5) The purified water enters the disinfection system, used chlorine dioxide disinfection equipment to disinfect the output water. Chlorine dioxide is an excellent bleaching agent and efficient oxidizing agent, environmentally friendly and safe. After disinfection, output water flows into the clear water pool, with the drinking water quality standard.2. Technical features(1) High automation and integrated all functions included reaction, flocculation, sedimentation, mud collection, mud discharge, water collection, water distribution, filtration, backwashing, sewage discharge and so on.(2) Used for all kinds of raw water temperature and turbidity, efficiently interception all kinds of impurity particles and algae.(3) With efficiently flocculation and sedimentation, ensure to get good quality sedimentation water.(4) Automatic backwashing and no need additional backwashing equipment, help to save construction cost, and lower daily operation cost, repair cost and maintenance cost.(5) The self-consumption water rate is below5%, greatly help to save limited water source.(6) Compared with others water purification buildings, smaller footprint and save more than 50% floor space. Easy to enlarge, remodel, relocate and reuse.3. Application Fields(1) Widely used as water purification equipment for villages, towns, industrial and mining enterprises, whose water sources, like rivers, lakes and reservoirs, the water turbidity is less than 3000mg/L.(2) Efficiently used to purify low temperature water, low turbidity water and lake water with seasonal algae.(3) Widely used as pre-water treatment equipment to get high-purity water, beverage industry water, pot water and so on.(4) Used to purify water for various industrial water circulating systems.4. Water quality characteristics(1) Unpolluted or slightly polluted ground surface water, mainly to remove turbidity and achieve microbiological hygienic standard.(2) For slightly polluted ground surface water, the main pollutant parameters are ammonia nitrogen, oxygen consumption of potassium permanganate, volatile phenol and biochemical oxygen demand, etc.(3) High turbidity ground surface water with high sand content, turbidity over than 1000NTU, muddy may over 5000NTU.(4) Low-temperature and low-turbidity ground surface water, temperature of 0-4°C in winter and turbidity less than 30 NTU.(5) High algae ground surface water, mainly in lakes and reservoirs. Lakes eutrophication is becoming more and more serious, the content of nitrogen and phosphorus is higher and higher, resulting in a large number of algae.
