Quotation conditions4.1 All present and/or future taxes and duties related to the execution of this Contract, income tax levied on the      Contractor's personnel, tax on foreign contractor's business operated in Vietnam in accordance with existing      laws, shall be borne by the Owner;4.2 The Seller will dispatch engineers(Includes mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, transformer, H.T, etc) to      supervise furnace installation and commissioning. Round trip air ticket, local traffic transportation and      accommodation cost are borne by the Buyer.
