BROTIE PSA Medical/Industrial Oxygen Generator(Cylinder filling system optional)Principles:BROTIE medical Oxygen generation system incorporates one air compressor, one refrigerant air dryer and filters, main oxygen generator, an oil-free oxygen compressor and also oxygen filling station for purpose of cylinder filling.Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. The compressed air is then stored in the air buffer tank integrated in the oxygen generator for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of work demand. The generator produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93±3% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen purity is continuously monitored by oxygen analyzer.BROTIE Oil-free oxygen compressor boosts oxygen out from another outlet on the oxygen buffer tank from 4barg to 150-200barg for filling via filling station. Oil-free oxygen compressor means more stable and more convenient without leakage and pollution during oxygen compressing.Applications:BROTIE PSA medical oxygen generator with cylinder filling system is used for medical oxygen gas generating and cylinder filling purpose. The cylinders will be provided to the patients for breathing purpose.Optional:1, BRO-CONTROL system, SMC online digital flow meter and a SMC pressure sensor and a Siemens touch-screen are added. Touch-screen BRO-CONTROL control, display and alarm system makes all the generation system to be operated by one touch. BRO-CONTROL displays working parameters, reminds filter elements replacing and instructs trouble shooting. It enables remote control.
