The dust fine filter and the first-level activated carbon filter can remove particles and oil mist, which can reduce the oil content in the compressed air to below 0.01ppm, and can filter and remove all solid particles with a diameter greater than 0.01m; The heater is heated up, and the pressure is not lower than 1.2MPa and the air temperature is not lower than 35ºC, and it enters the membrane separator system for separation. The compressed air can be separated by membrane to obtain nitrogen whose pressure is lower than the inlet pressure. The purity of nitrogen can reach more than 95%, the concentration of nitrogen can reach up to 99.9%, and the dew point of nitrogen can reach -40ºC. After passing through the nitrogen buffer tank, enter the booster to pressurize to 35MPa1.
