So we have a formal regulation to control the quality, the procedure will be: A. The raw materials will be 100% inspected. we will ruturn to the supplier for any of poor raw materials. B. during production, different materials will be charged by different person to avoid any mixing. C. After production, we always inspect 50% for each lot. If there is any problem in the 50%, then we will go back to inspect 100%.  of course, if our customer have the special requirement to inspect 100%. We can do that as well.4.   Can you supply the 3.1 Quality Certificate (including the chemical composition analysis resuls)?      Yes, we inspect chemical composition for every lot of our material ,  and supply the record to issue the 3.1 Quality Certificate. If necessary, we can send the 3.1 Quality Certificate together with the shipping documents.5.  How do you solve the quality Complaint, if any?We are prety proud that we never let any customer leave us bcz the quality.   We'll do our best to supply the correct products, so we receive little quality complaint during our 15 years business.  If it is happend, we'll be responsible for it from the begining to the end.6.   How long would be the delivery time? Regarding the common products, 8-10 days will be enough; for bulk order, 15-25days is required.  It depends the order quantity7.    Any further questions, pls feel free to let me know
