When the stress of the matrix changes, the resistance strain gauge also generates deformation, so that the resistance value of the strain gauge changes and the voltage applied to the resistance changes. The variation of resistance value generated by this strain gauge under force is usually small. Generally, this strain gauge is composed of strain bridge, which is amplified by subsequent instrument amplifier, and then transmitted to the processing circuit or actuator.
