The gears of materials are 20 crmnti , after carbonize , quenching and gear grinding , reach 6 precision , the hardness reaches HRC54-62 , and the low noise .  3. Domestic top-quality and bearing to be adopted , also we can adopt imported brannd like , which depend on the customer. 4. The case of gear box adope HT250 materials exclusively and thick design , which guarantee the case stationarity .This design  is good for reducing the noise , heat dissipation , lubrication of spare parts and an easy  maintenense.  5. The oil seal adopt the taiwan 's brand TTO , the gear box 's high speed and low speed shafts are all use the double oil seals , which can prevent the possibility of oil leaking .  6.  The conection of screw barrel : according the starndard of GB/T1095-1979 Adopt the 180 double keyway .also can use the square spline GB/T1144-1987 .
