It combines the advantages of plate heat exchanger and wet evaporative air cooler. It is a new type of efficient air cooler, which solves the problems of low material cooling efficiency and large refrigerant consumption, and is widely used in modern refining. The heat transfer element is stainless steel plate, and the turbulent flow can be formed under very low Reynolds number by the plate-to-plate internal self-disturbance structure, thus improving the heat transfer coefficient.
