Polyether G. P. E Defoamer for Fermentation

Appearance: Light yellow transparent oily liquid  Hydroxyl value (mgKOH/g):40-5 Cloud point (1% aqueous solution):17-22ºCAcid Value (mgKOH/g):≤0.5 XPJ900 a kinde of polyether defoamer,it's mainly designed for fermentation industry and has been improved many times based on user feedback. Now, it is a mature,cheap and competitive polyether defoamer. Due to the use of special demetallization and salt ion refining process, it has the advantages of lower pHysiological toxicity than the same kind of products and 5-10% less than the common polyether.    XPJ900 are mainly used for fermentation industry,such as defoaming of citric acid, oxytetracycline, penicillin, tetracycline, chlortetracycline, lincomycin, erythromycin, neomycin, rifampin, lysine, avermectin, spreading enzyme Q10, erythritol, yeast, long chain dicarboxylic acid and other microorganisms during fermentation. It can also be applied to many chemical products in the production process.It can be disinfected together with the base material, and can also be used in the later stage to separate and fill the material into the tank. Generally, the amount of 0.3-0.5‰ can meet defoaming requirements during the whole fermentation cycle.  This product is packed in 200KG plastic barrel or coated with steel barrel. Storage of the product should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals.
