RisingSun Membrane's Spacer Tube (ST) Module can be used for sea water desalination and waste water treatment. We can offer either reverse osmosis or nanofiltration membrane sheet in order to deal with different kinds of waste water.  Special Membrane Feed SpacerWe use a very special ladder type feed spacer, which only come into marginal contact with their neighbouring membrane sheet. In this way, the spacers are able to minimise the resistance that is exerted on the feed flow.This special design also greatly reduces the build up of fouling materials compared with common element.Special Configuration with flow direction   Color InstructionGreen: Feed WateBlue: PermeateRed: Seals and O-ringsOn this ST module the feed is from the top.The feed water is diffused by the top seal plate to send the feed water evenly around the top of the membrane element.The feed water flows down through the membrane element, as it does pure water permeates and flows out thourgh centre collection device into the space around the tie rod and flows down to the permeates outlets.The concentrated feed water is channelled by the bottom seal plate to the bottom HP connection and out of the module.Features1.
