Mud Logging Sensor Named Drawwork Sensor/Winch Sensor

CNPS-DW-A11 Depth encoder is a new type of low temperature resistance winch sensor. It has the advantages of small size, compact structure, good sealing performance, high sensitivity, stable output signal, good anti-interference, accurate measurement and so on. The product can be compatible with imported hoist sensors of the same type, and is a new type of sensor in oil drilling and geological logging.  1.Working PrincipleThe winch sensor is installed on the winch shaft to monitor the angular displacement caused by the rotation of the winch shaft during the whole drilling process. Through calculation, the change of hook height during drilling can be obtained, and the current drilling depth can be obtained.  CNPS-DW-A11 winch sensor is equipped with two photoelectric switches and a piece of shield with teeth. When the shield rotates with the winch shaft, the infrared light in the gap between the two photoelectric switches in the sensor is blocked or turned on, and two sets of corresponding electrical pulse signals are sent to the instrument after recognition and processing.
