Zen Bamboo factory has been manufacturing and exporting bamboo plywood since 2001, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will do its best to offer you premium quality bamboo plywood with competitive prices. To make ply bamboo, rectangular strips are cut from the raw bamboo and then boiled to remove sugars and protein. Only premium quality strips are selected for manufacturing into plywood. After treatment and drying, a final moisture content of 7-9% is achieved to ensure optimum stability. These bamboo strips then undergo state of the art compression using E1 or E0-level adhesives which binds them together to form plywood. Zen Bamboo plywood is left unfinished and natural so that it can be custom stained and finished for maximum project flexibility.
