Quotation---Official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information for the product on it. c. Printing file---PDF or Ai Format.  The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi. d. Mould making---Mould will be finished in 1-2 months after the payment of mould fee. Mould fee need to be paid in full amount. e. Sample confirmation---Sample will be sent out in 10 days after the mould is ready. f. Payment terms---T/T 50% in advanced, balanced before loading for Airplane. g. Production---Mass production,shipping marks are needed after production. h. Shipping---By sea, air or courier.  3. Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?Yes, we have R&D department,and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If new mould is needed, then we could make new mould to produce the products you want. 4. Is the sample free?Yes.
