The vibration platform will vibrate intermittently (the frequency can be set). The dust produced in the process of fluidization will not overflow through the exhaust pipe behind. In the working process of spray gun, through the function of powder level detection sensor, the powder supply pump will drop with the horizontal level of powder, so that the powder suction pipe is always located in the fluidizing powder. With the continuous decline of the powder level, when the powder level reaches the lower limit, the electronic control system of the powder supply center will give an audible and visual alarm and have a text prompt on the touch screen. Remind the operator of low powder level alarm - need to add powder. During the cleaning process, lower the pump to the powder cleaning position, open the powder cleaning, and the powder supply center automatically reverses the powder supply pipes of the spray guns on both sides.
